Help with Reset your password

Q:How do I reset my password?

• Answer the questions exactly as you had when you first set-up your User ID and password. Your answers are case sensitive
• Enter and confirm your new password. Your new password must:
  • Be different from your Online ID
  • Be different from your previous 5 Passcodes
  • Be 8 to 20 characters
  • Use at least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, and 1 number
  • Not repeat the same number or letter more than 3 times in a row
  • Not contain spaces, and may only use these characters @ # * ( ) + = { } / ? ~ ; , . - _
• Your Password should be difficult for others to guess. Also, remember your password is case sensitive
• Click “Reset Password” to have your password reset
